Registration fees
Registration fees for all Registration Types Include: Participation in Scientific sessions, conference publications, Lunches & Coffee breaks and Get-together reception.
Participants registering as nurses, residents and technicians will be asked to show an official letter from the head of their department while printing the badge onsite.
Group Registration

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant when required.
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment according to the
deadlines indicated.
Cancellation Policy
Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
Prior to October 31st , 2025 – full refund less $ 50 handling fees
From November 1st, 2025 until November 25, 2025– 50% refund
From November 26 ,2025 – no refund will be made.
