Registration fees
Registration fees for all Registration Types Include: Participation in Scientific sessions, conference publications, Lunches & Coffee breaks and Get-together reception.
Participants registering as nurses, residents and technicians will be asked to show an official letter from the head of their department while printing the badge onsite.
Group Registration

Cancellation Policy
Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
Prior to October 15 , 2026 – full refund less $ 50 handling fees
From October 16, 2026 until November 30, 2026– 50% refund
From December 1st – no refund will be made.
