Dr. Yona Vaisbuch is an ear and skull base surgeon and the vice – chair of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at Rambam medical center, Haifa, Israel. He is also the Founder and Director of Biodesign Israel, national academy for health-tech innovation leaders, that uses the internationally renowned innovation process of Stanford Biodesign, where he spent 4 years. One of the founders and former chairman of Mirsham, the Israeli Medical residents Organization, Dr. Vaisbuch also serves as a medical advisor for medical startups and Med-tech companies.
