Graduated from “LA SAPIENZA” University in Rome, Italy.
Completed her internal medicine and cardiology residency at Rabin Medical Center (RMC). After training in interventional cardiology at RMC and at the ‘”MONZINO”cardiology center in Milan, Italy, she completed fellowships in interventional cardiology.
Previously served as head of the catheterization laboratory at Rabin Medical Center, Beilinson Campus (2019-2024).
Currently also practices at Herzliya Medical Center and serves as an ambulatory cardiology consultant in TLV Clinics. With over 20 years of experience in interventional cardiology and a special interest in complex PCI and TAVI, Dr.
Vaknin Assa is an established and highly skilled physician.
Engaged in research as well as first-in-human procedures.
A lecturer at Tel Aviv University.
