Accommodation Cancellation Policy Refund will be made if written notification of cancellation reaches the Conference registration team by email at reg@icimed.org as follows:
* Cancellation received until November 30, 2025– Full refund less US$ 30 handling fee
* Cancellation received between December 1st , 2025 until December 5th, 2025– 50% Refund
* Cancellation received from December 6,2025 and no-show – no refund on reservation
