The above rates refer only to non-Israeli citizens. Israeli citizens will have to add 17% VAT to the room rate. Accommodation & Tourism Services Terms of Payment Payments will be charged via the conference registration form and will be refunded according to the cancellation policy below.
If paying by bank transfer or bank cheque, you must pay the full amount due at once.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy Refund will be made if written notification of cancellation reaches the Conference registration team by email at reg@icimed.org as follows:
- Cancellation received until October 31, 2024– Full refund less US$ 30 handling fee
- Cancellation received between January 1st , 2024 until January 31, 2024– 50% Refund
- Cancellation received from February 01, 2024, and no-show – no refund on reservation.
