Registration fees
Registration fees for all Registration Types Include: Participation in Scientific sessions, conference publications, Lunches & Coffee breaks and Get-together reception (on December 8, 2019). 1
Participants registering as nurses, residents and technicians must provide an official letter from the head of their department to support their application rate. 2 Please attach proof of status to the Registration form.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Registration: Registration Cancellation Policy Refund of registration fees will be made as follows: Prior to October 15, 2019– full refund less $ 50 handling fees From October 15, 2019 until November 20, 2019– 50% refund After November 20, 2019 – no refund.
