Prior to joining JJDC, Edna was a member of the Exploration team at Edwards Lifesciences, focusing on strategic investment opportunities within the structural heart disease and heart failure space. Prior to this role, Edna served as Chief Business Officer at MEDX Xelerator, where she led the identification, assessment, and investment in innovative medical device projects across multiple therapeutic areas.

With a strong foundation in business development and marketing, Edna has held executive positions in Israeli startups operating in the Diabetes and GI spaces. Her career journey began at J&J Diabetes franchise at LifeScan, where she served as a Marketing Manager.

Edna was a practicing commercial law attorney and holds an LLB from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Additionally, she serves as a mentor for the Israeli Biodesign Program at the Technion in Israel and the Israeli Society of Healthtech physician fellowship
