Boaz Lifschitz is an entrepreneur and venture capital partner with decades of experience in
launching medical technology companies and guiding start-up companies.
Currently, Lifschitz serves as the Co-founder and Managing General Partner of Peregrine
Ventures, Israel’s first dedicated healthcare fund committed to improving patients' quality of life
by investing in and supporting life changing healthcare opportunities. In this role, he works to
discover opportunities that answer the healthcare market’s future needs including guiding start-
ups through the technological, business development and financing stages.
On behalf of Peregrine, Lifschitz currently serves on the boards of OutSense, Aleph Farms,
Magneto, Hairstetics and observes on the boards of BWR and BrainQ. Until recently, he served
on the board of Cartiheal and Insightec. Before founding Peregrine, Lifschitz was active investor
in various medical and software start-up companies and served as a founder and a manager in
Visioncare Ophthalmic Technologies and BioControl.
Boaz is the Chairman of Beit Prat – an Israeli Midrasha – a network of Batei Midrash, houses of
Jewish learning. He received a Master’s in Science from Boston University and Ben-Gurion
University jointly and completed his undergraduate studies at Bar-Ilan University.
